Abstract
目的 通过了解住院的尿石症军人患者情况,初步探讨军人尿石症的流行病学特点及其发病相关因素.方法 收集2001年1月-2010年12月因尿石症住院的军人资料进行分析.结果 军人尿石症患者占同期泌尿外科住院军队患者的27.2％ (346/1273),年龄≤25岁、军龄≤3年和战士多见,与军兵种也有关；结石以输尿管结石多见、多数直径≤1.0 cm,夏秋季节高发.结论 军人尿石症发病特点为年轻战士高发,与军兵种有关,结石多数直径≤1.0 cm.
