SPSS 19.0在荞麦籽壳中黄酮类成分的醇提工艺研究中的应用

Abstract
对荞麦籽壳中黄酮类成分的醇提工艺进行了优化.采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行实验设计和数据处理.以芦丁作为黄酮类成分的指标成分,采用反相高效液相色谱法进行含量测定.实验结果表明,乙醇回流提取法的最佳工艺条件为:A2B2C1D3,即用20倍75%的乙醇在80-85℃下回流提取3次,每次回流时间为1h.SPSS统计软件实用方便,是值得推广应用的统计软件之一.
