西本F1牛生产性能测定

Abstract
对西本(西门塔尔×沿河本地黄牛)F1生产性能测定,结果表明:西本F\-1牛初生、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄的体重、体尺指标均极显著高于同龄的本地黄牛(P＜0.01).在自然放牧条件下,18月龄西本F1公牛体重达238.62±15.26 kg,比同龄的本地黄牛高52.57%;经对3头18月龄西本F1公牛进行屠宰测定,其屠宰率为56.86%,净肉率为47.37%,肉骨比为4.99:1,胴体产肉率为 83.32%,与同龄的本地黄牛(3头公牛)相比,屠宰率、净肉率分别高7.58%、6.35% ,说明西本F1牛肉用性能优于本地黄牛,适宜发展优质肉牛生产.
