渤海石油装备制造有限公司巨龙钢管有限公司原有的倒棱机钢管托架在升降过程中容易造成钢管升降不平衡,且无法精确控制不同规格钢管升起的最终位置,严重影响了倒棱机的工作效率。采用将其电气控制系统的电磁阀换成比例阀,并在PLC从站中新增2个高速计数模块(FM)和1个模拟量输出模块(AO)的方法,应用触摸屏(Siemens MP377)等先进的控制技术,使问题得到了有效的解决。
