食管癌患者外周血单个核细胞中miR-21的表达

Abstract
目的 检测食管癌患者外周血单个核细胞中miR-21,分析和探讨其在食管癌发生发展中的作用及其意义.方法 采用xMAP液态芯片方法,检测45名食管癌患者和相对应45名正常对照组外周血单个核细胞中miR-21,进行统计学分析.结果 食管癌患者外周血单个核细胞中miR-21的表达显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.05),而其在鳞癌和腺癌中表达差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 miR-21可能参与了食管癌发生发展的过程,有望成为食管癌早期诊断的标志物.
