Influence Of Cathodic Polarization On Impedance Of Anodically Filmed Nb Electrodes
ELECTROCHIMICA ACTA(1975)
摘要
Analyses of the responses of anodically filmed Nb electrodes to a square current wave have been made down to times ≈10 ns and show a characteristic single relaxation time. Cathodic polarisation of filmed electrodes results in a second relaxation process associated with an increase in the measured capacitance. These changes are reversible and associated with changes in the bulk properties of the surface oxide layer.
