抗凝血类灭鼠药所致凝血功能障碍8例

Abstract
目的 研究抗凝血类灭鼠药中毒的临床特点和治疗.方法 分析抗凝血灭鼠药中毒的8例患者治疗前后凝血功能的变化.结果 患者PT、aPTT 明显延长,血小板基本正常.补充血浆及补充维生素K1 后,疗效明显.结论 这类患者病史隐匿,容易误诊 ,为获得性维生素 K依赖的凝血因子减少导致的凝血功能障碍,迅即使用维生素K1 后可获较好疗效.
