Abstract
车辆差速器锁止机构自动控制系统(Vehicle Differential Lock System,VDLS)提高了越野汽车在坏路及无路情况下的地面通过性,阐述了VDLS关键部件套合器(Dogclutch)的工作原理、结构特点和设计方法;并运用Pro/E和ANSYS联合建模技术,建立了套合器的三维有限元模型,对套合器进行应力分析,计算得到套合器的应力及应变,并能够准确地揭示受力状态和最大应力发生部位,为套合器齿形设计和强度计算提供了可靠的依据。
