以对氯苯硼酸和邻碘苯胺为原料,经Suzuki偶合制得联苯胺,再与2-氯烟酰氯反应得到目标产物啶酰菌胺,收率712%,其结构经核磁共振验证.室内生物活性测定结果表明该化合物具有广谱的杀菌活性,其在25mg/L浓度下对白粉病、灰霉病的防效分别为85%和70%.
