Abstract
宝001-1井,设计井深4 369 m,目的层是长兴组。该井在钻至井深2 030.98 m(须家河地层)发现井漏有进无出。随后在堵漏、钻井过程中又出现垮塌卡钻、溢流的严重复杂局面。针对这种特殊的复杂情况,通过综合分析,采用液位探测仪监测井下液面变化,泥浆盖帽施工工艺控制液面高度变化,保持井筒上部泥浆帽高度和性能稳定,从而维持井眼的稳定;下部使用清水强钻循环携砂的方法成功钻至固井井深。从而实现安全、快速、低成本的钻井施工,并总结探索出一套对付川东漏、喷、塌同存的钻井工艺技术。
