Abstract
以反-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸为原料,经过羧基的酯化、氨基的酰化、羟基的磺酰化、碘取代和消除五步反应合成了两种手性(S)-脱氢脯氨酸衍生物5和6,与以往的合成方法不同,此方法避免使用毒性较大的试剂,减轻对环境的污染,操作方便,而且产率较高.
