微细氧化钴粉的研制

摘要

以硫酸钴为原料,用草酸盐沉淀-灼烧方法制备了粒度为1~10μm的微细氧化钴粉末。得出了最佳工艺条件:硫酸钴浓度0.6~2.4 mol/L,pH=4~5,n(C2O42-)∶n(Co2+)=1.2~1.3,沉淀温度40~50℃,灼烧温度500~700℃,灼烧时间5 h。
