Laboratory and atmospheric ozone measurements by infrared-laser heterodyne detection

摘要
A laser-heterodyne spectrometer with a resolution of 5 MHz has been used to record laboratory and atmospheric spectra of ozone in the 10 µm region. The necessary parameters to process the atmospheric spectra are defined through the laboratory spectra. The atmospheric ozone concentration versus altitude and the atmospheric CO2 volume mixing ratio have been obtained.
