Abstract
目的 观察头孢吡肟与氨曲南治疗急性泌尿系统感染的临床疗效,并进行药物经济学评价.方法 78例泌尿系统感染患者随机分成两组,分别给予头孢吡肟(A组)、氨曲南(B组)治疗7d,分析每组的疗效并运用最小成本分析法进行经济学评价.结果 A、B组总有效率分别为92.50％与94.74％ (P＞0.05),A、B组成本分别为328.5元与604.8元,成本-效果比分别为3.55与6.38.结论 头孢吡肟与氨曲南治疗急性泌尿系统感染疗效确切,头孢吡肟更经济.
