不同品种白肋烟叶绿体色素及相关致香物差异研究

Abstract
采用改进后的Arnon法及气相色谱—质谱联用技术,探索不同白肋烟品种叶绿体色素及相关致香物质的变化规律。结果表明,成熟时品种间叶绿素含量0.623~0.735 mg/g,变异系数7.07%;类胡萝卜素含量0.169~0.217 mg/g,变异系数11.82%;叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值2.887~4.336,变异系数18.07%;不同品种间叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值差异>类胡萝卜素>叶绿素。调制后品种间叶绿素裂解的产物含量148.12~230.01 mg/g,变异系数17.39%;类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量53.036~91.344 mg/g,变异系数23.33%;品种间类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量差异>叶绿素裂解的产物;综合结果,TN90、Ky907品种成熟时叶绿素含量略低,但类胡萝卜素含量略高,叶绿素/类胡萝卜素低,比叶重较适宜,晾制后相应降解的致香物多,更有利烟叶香气品质的形成。
