Abstract
Aiming at the cracking problem of the brass temperature control valve in machining and using,the structure and composition of the valve blank were expounded.The parts of the crack and its direction were analyzed in hot stamping.Its formation process and characteristics were stated,and measures to reduce cracking tendency were proposed.Through the actual production verification,cracking phenomenon is effectively reduced,which greatly improves the quality of the produ cts.
