电化学治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎

Abstract
目的 探讨应用电化学方法治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的效果.方法 对30例慢性细菌性前列腺炎进行电化学治疗.结果 治疗后第2周时各项指标均有较大幅度的变化,慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)总分较治疗前平均降低了20.40(70.26%),症状尺度评分下降了13.17(70.54%),WBC计数下降了15.03(54.80%).到第4周NIH-CPSI总分均值降至10以下,WBC计数平均值也降至10以下.结果 30例患者经4周治疗,有效率达93.33%,无并发症出现.结论 电化学方法治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎安全有效.
