毛细管气相色谱法测定复方甘草片中樟脑和反式茴香脑的含量

Abstract
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定复方甘草片中樟脑和反式茴香脑的含量。方法采用Agilent DB-WAX毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm,1.0μm),FID检测器;进样口温度为:150℃,分流比1∶1,载气(氮气)流量:3.0mL.min-1,检测器温度:250℃;柱温采用程序升温:145℃维持6min,以10℃.min-1升温至185℃维持5min,采用外标法测定。结果在该色谱条件下,樟脑和反式茴香脑分别在0.01030~0.06178mg.mL-1、0.002157~0.01294mg.mL-1的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r值分别为0.9990,0.9991);加样平均回收率分别为97.9%,98.2%(n=9,RSD分别为1.31%,1.53%)。结论该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于测定复方甘草片中樟脑和反式茴香脑含量的质量控制。
