Abstract
目的 观察左室特发性室速射频消融术后T波的改变.方法 10例左室特发性室速患者射频消融术后每日行心电图检查.结果 10例左室特发性室速患者射频消融术后心电图均显示不同程度的T波倒置改变.结论 左室特发性室速射频消融术后T波倒置属于电张调整,是心肌正常的电生理特性,一般持续7～16天自动恢复正常.
