油气田水系统钢材腐蚀的电化学研究进展

Abstract
通过查阅近二十年国内外相关文献,总结了国内外油气田水系统钢材腐蚀的电化学研究进展。根据油气田水质的特点,分析了CO_2、H_2S、Cl~-、硫酸盐还原茵、温度和pH值等因素对钢材腐蚀速率的影响,并总结了腐蚀机理。针对各个因素对钢材腐蚀的影响提出了相应的防护措施,进一步指出溶解氧、腐生茵和铁细茵等其他腐蚀影响因素以及多种腐蚀介质共存条件下的钢材腐蚀机理可能成为今后的研究热点。参57
