Abstract
实验运用了超声波技术从中药苦参中提取苦参碱类成分,通过单因素实验和料液比、浸泡时间、乙醇体积分数、超声提取时间为因素的正交实验,以及方差分析,优选出超声波提取苦参碱类成分的最佳工艺:料液比(1:10)g/mL,浸泡时间3 h,乙醇体积分数80%,超声提取时间20 min.与传统水煎煮法比较,超声波提取苦参碱类成分具有省时、成本低、提取率高等优点.结果显示,苦参碱提取率由0.213%提高到0.472%.
