Polymorphisme génétique des populations naturelles de Medicago truncatula et M. laciniata issues des régions arides de la Tunisie

SUMMARY - "Genetic polymorphism of natural Medicago truncatula and M. laciniata populations from the arid regions of Tunisia" Phenotypic and molecular polymorphism was analysed for populations of M. truncatula and M. laciniata collected from four sites of Tunisian arid areas. The overall analysis showed the highest variability for M. truncatula. The majority of the microsatellites could be used for the analysis of the determinism of shoot production and plant development characters as well as flowering time.
