Abstract
从组织文化的角度,对企业资源规划(Enterprise Resource Planning,简称ERP)系统实施进行研究,剖析组织文化对ERP实施绩效的作用机理.采用Susan,Sonia和Kenneth的组织文化量表,从六个维度对实施ERP的组织文化进行度量;根据使用者满意度来测度ERP系统实施绩效,构建待验证模型.通过SPSS软件对289份有效问卷进行处理,实证结果发现,组织文化,特别是"氛围和士气"、"员工涉入"、"组织监督"和"会议效率"对ERP系统实施绩效有显著影响.
