脑血管疾病病死率高.由于脑血管迂曲、细小,以及脑血管支架置入手术的风险比其他部位血管高许多,所以脑血管支架置入器械开发难度也较大.研发的首要任务之一就是选用合适的生物医用材料.生物材料表面可激活和放大补体旁路途径,使补体C3转变为C3b样分子,形成C3转化酶C3bBb,使补体在生物材料表面被活化.
