Abstract
目的 了解徐州市云龙区社区居民健康状况,为社区干预研究提供对策.方法 采用整群随机抽样方法,通过问卷进行社区居民健康调查,并对部分居民进行体检.结果 徐州市云龙区居民老龄化程度较高,但城乡各社区差异有统计学意义(x2=312.701,P＜0.05);各社区内部与社区间收入差距较大(F=854.650,P＜0.05);与生活方式有关的慢性病患病率较高,并不同程度出现年轻化趋势(x2=3 829.950,P＜0.05).结论 应加强对居民生活方式的干预和相关的慢性病管理,提高社区居民健康水平.
