Study on Acupuncture Point Injection with Diprospan for Treatment of Keratodermia Tgtods Palmaris Progressiva

Objective: To improve the effects of keratodermia tgtods palmaris progressiva treatment and prevent the complications.Method: Sixty patients with Keratodermia tgtods palmaris progressiva were allocated to treatment group and control group at random,by inject Diprospan injection(mix with Lindocaine 2% injection) into both points bend 0.5～1ml,treatment was performed every 2 weeks,continue 4 times.Result: The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group which were 63.33% and 100.00% was higher than that in control group which were 43.33% and 93.33%.The cure rate was statistical significance between two groups,(P0.05);therapeutic efficacy of every of time in two groups showed,more short onset time and more wide progressive amplitude in treatment group.Conclusion: The remedy is reliable and less risk with significant effect and little complication.
