Abstract
对大孔树脂D001分离啤酒废酵母中的还原型谷胱甘肽进行了研究。其最佳试验条件为:pH4.5的0.02mol/L磷酸缓冲液平衡,pH7.5的0.02mol/L磷酸缓冲液洗脱,洗脱流速为2.0mL/min。在最佳分离条件下,大孔树脂D001分离GSH的平均收得率为20.03%,产品中GSH的含量为28.47%,产品颜色为白色。
