Abstract
The authors reported seven cases of lupus disease in two families. Regrouping these cases, we see most of the manifestations of lupus disease. Contrary to world medical litterature most of the people with the disease were female. A systematic study of the HLA groupes and complement fractions we lead to tracking of the hereditary forms.
