Moving heated dust particles in LHD are measured with a high-speed infrared camera to analyze their dynamics. One of measured dust particles has reflected images on the first wall and the reflected image method taken advantage of for dust measurement in LHD. Using the reflected image method, 3- dimensional positions with more accurate data are obtained. the dust velocity is evaluated to be 5-15m/s using projected velocities. This dust locates between the first wall and the edge plasma. The direction of motion and the magnetic field line are not close with opposite.
