Determination of Trichlorfon and Dichlorovos Pesticide Residues in Salt Fish by Gas Chromatography

Gas chromatography is set up to analyze the vestigial trichlorfon and dichlorvos in salted fish.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and water(1∶1),were purified by zinc acetate,and were distributed by liquid-liquid partition system of vinegar naphtha,then they were separated with DB-1701P or DB-5 by capillary column,and were detected by GC-FPD.The average recoveries are 91%～95% and 90%～94.5%,relatively deviations are 3.82%～5.80 and 3.57%～4.62%.The detection limit of this method is 0.005mg/kg for trichlorfon and 0.005 mg/kg for dichlorvos. It is satisfied that the method was applied to detect trichlorfon and dichlorvos in salt fish in the market.
