The variation of salt tolerance induced by ems from different strawberry tisues

The optimum concerntration of EMS was studied for mutagenesis of salt tolerance under another callus and leaf of strawberry in vitro culture.The results showed that the best combination of EMS concerntration and treatments time for callus was 0.1% +1.5h and 0.2%+1.0h;for leaf were(0.2%～0.4%)+(1.0～2.0h),respectively.It was found that the callus was more sensitive to EMS,The salt injury index and rate of regenerated plant from callus were lower than that from leaf,so the another callus was more suitabe for salt tolerance mutants.
