目的:建立眼用平衡盐冲洗液细菌内毒素检查法.方法:按照<中国药典>2010年版(二部)附录ⅪE细菌内毒素检查法进行试验.结果:眼用平衡盐冲洗液不干扰鲎试剂与细菌内毒素的凝集反应.结论:使用鲎试剂法检查眼用平衡盐冲洗液中细菌内毒素是可行的.
