多跨刚构连续梁组合桥上部结构施工监控

Abstract
浙江省淳安县环湖公路上江埠大桥1号桥主桥为(77.5+7×130+77.5)m刚构连续梁组合体系桥,采用深水桩基、高桩承台,合龙口多,体系转化复杂,施工监控难度大。采用有限元软件计算主梁线形和结构内力,对施工过程关键截面的应力、温度及关键工况的线形进行监测,并将实测结果与计算值进行对比。为保证全桥合龙后主墩受力合理,计算桩基对次中跨合龙顶推施工的影响,确定3号与4号墩、5号与6号墩次中跨合龙锁定前在合龙口用千斤顶朝边跨方向对称顶推主梁。监控结果表明,该桥主桥主梁线形和结构内力均达到了设计要求。
