Research on Alloy Charging Scheme Optimization by Using of the Simplex Method

In order to get the lowest cost alloy charging scheme,basing on the simplex method,alloy charging optimization model was established for Hengyang steel tube plant.Through the steel-making on-line running,alloy feeding combination from the optimization model has the more cost advantage than actual feeding combination.Charging average cost of one ton of molten steel was reduced by 9.63%～35.97%,and the average cost was reduced by 23.74%,so alloy material feeding cost have great reduce space in hengyang steel tube plant.
