SK-01型船用柴油机轴功率遥测系统采用TT10K扭矩遥测系统、J12-D4NK磁阻传感器和NI USB-6009数据采集卡,开发了基于LabVIEW的轴功率测量软件,应用应变式测量法实现了船用柴油机轴功率的精确测量,实现了数据的实时显示、存储、调用和分析处理。成功地用于实船测量数据,测量结果表明,系统具有较高的准确性和可靠性。
