Abstract
介绍了电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术分析涂层的测试原理、试验方法、试验装置,结合实际涂层体系建立金属/涂层/溶液体系的等效电路模型。利用电化学阻抗谱技术分析实际涂层,采用非线性最小二乘法优化电化学阻抗谱数据,采用VC编程实现这一算法,并采用ORIGIN软件拟合阻抗图谱。分析表明,2号涂层的耐盐水渗透性较差,3号涂层的防腐蚀性能较好。
