Abstract
以马铃薯淀粉为原料,经糊化形成多糖后,用环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,Span60为乳化剂,植物油为油相,采用反相悬浮法制备多糖巨球(PMS)。以吸附量为指标进行正交实验,得到多糖巨球的较佳制备条件为:淀粉质量分数9%、油用量155 mL、乳化剂用量0.25 g、交联剂用量3.7 mL、搅拌速度600 r/min,于60℃进行反应。利用显微镜对产物进行表征,测得多糖巨球具有多孔性,平均粒径为0.33 mm。
