Abstract
目的 通过对鼻内镜术后患者采用鼻爽清洗液冲洗鼻腔及鼻窦,观察术腔变化,评定鼻爽清洗液的临床疗效.方法 随机选择300例鼻内镜术后患者,采用鼻爽清洗液进行鼻腔及鼻窦冲洗,记录术腔变化,参考疗效标准,分析临床疗效.结果 300例患者中除1例发生过敏反应终止外,54例在3次冲洗后好转,失访;245例患者达到治愈.冲洗次数最短3次,最长8次.结论 鼻爽清洗液对鼻内镜术后术腔的转归、恢复能起到良好的辅助作用,大大缩短了术后康复的时间.
