Abstract
肝硬化患者由于凝血因子功能障碍、血小板减少或功能低下、出血等原因常需及时输注血小板,以防治出血,但应严格把握血小板输注的指征,谨慎使用.本文总结了肝硬化患者应用血小板治疗的注意事项,为临床上针对肝硬化患者正确应用血小板输注提供参考.
