大口鲇抗菌相关蛋白的初步研究

Abstract
对健康大口鲇皮肤分泌液蛋白组分进行了分析,SDS-PAGE电泳表明其中有17种蛋白质.用饱和硫酸铵分级沉淀法发现在20%~50%的饱和度之间沉淀出来的蛋白有抗菌活性.该抗菌蛋白对G+和G-菌有广谱抗菌活性,在pH 5~8范围内稳定,并且在100℃下作用10min后活性依然稳定.同时检测了患病大口鲇重要组织提取液的抗菌活性,为进一步研究健康大口鲇抗菌蛋白奠定了基础.
