Abstract
将超细W-25%(质量分数,下同)Cu粉末应用到金刚石工具胎体中。借助SEM形貌、金相显微观察、抗弯和冲击试验等分析手段,研究了烧结工艺参数对添加超细W-25%Cu粉胎体的力学性能的影响;并利用极差分析方法确定影响因素的敏感性,从大到小依次排列为烧结温度、保温时间、保压压力。
