Abstract
以芴、溴素为原料,三氯甲烷为溶剂,室温下合成得到2,7-二溴芴,然后以四氢呋喃为溶剂,在叔丁醇钾作用下与卤代烷烃反应合成目标化合物9,9-二烷基-2,7-二溴芴,总收率为56.0-62.4%.通过1H NMR,13CNMR,MS,IR和元素分析确证了2,7-二溴芴与标题化合物的结构.
