Abstract
研究了以建陶工业的污泥为主要原料,混合部分粘土质原料和熔剂性原料,其制作工艺简便,在1200℃下烧制得到具有良好的力学性能和隔热保温性能轻质多孔陶瓷材料.主要研究并确定材料最佳配方以及材料各种性能的初步测试.研究结果表明:该轻质多孔陶瓷材料的气孔呈闭口圆形、平均孔径0.3mm,体积密度4.6 g/cm3~6.5g/cm3,抗压强度9 MPa~12MPa,导热系数0.121 W/(m.K),隔音量26 dB~32 dB.
