Research of AM(13-52)on Reversion Effect of Myocarclial Necrosis Caused by ISOP in Wistar Rats

Objective To observe the role of AM(13-52)in reversing effect of myocarclial necrosis in Wistar rats.Methods To take 48 Wistar rats ,the weight was 250～300g,devided into control ,ISOP myocarclial necrosis,ISOP+ AM and ISOP+ AM+L-NNA four groups.Respectively to observe theirs pathological morphology in degree variations.Results As compared with control group,Ⅰlevel,Ⅱlevel myocarclial necrosis respectively register as 66.66%(P0.01)、33.33%(P0.01)in ISOP+ AM group.As compared with ISOP+AM group,the above mentioned effects may be obviously reversed in ISOP+AM+L-NNA group(P0.01).Conclusion AM may directly plays an important role in reversing myocarclial necrosis caused by ISOP in Wistar Rats,it showed important protective effects to injurious and necrotic cardiac muscle.
