超声辅助Ni-Mo-B/SiO2非晶态催化剂制备及其催化活性研究

Abstract
采用超声波震荡使溶液中Ni2+、Mo7O246-与载体SiO2充分接触后,再用NaBH4还原制备Ni-Mo-B/SiO2非晶态催化剂,用BET,SEM,EDX、XRD和XPS对催化剂进行表征分析.以苯酚为模型化合物考察了几种不同制备条件下所得的催化剂的加氢脱氧性能.结果表明,负载后的催化剂具有更大的比表面积和更好的耐热性,在反应中表现出了更好的加氢活性和脱氧选择性;在518 K和4.0 MPa下,苯酚的转化率很快能达到100%,加氢脱氧选择性达到96.53%,Ni、Mo原子比对催化剂活性影响不大,而反应温度变化对催化剂的脱氧选择性有较大影响,488K时催化剂的脱氧选择性不足5%,508 K时为45.39%,518K时则迅速上升到96.53%.
