Screening and Identification of a Fibrinolytic Enzyme Stain with High Activity

Fifteen fibrinolytic enzyme strains were isolated from high tempe rature Daqu,distillers′grains and pit mud by taking powdered skim milk,fibrous protein and transparent circle as the first screening substrate,second screening substrate and the screening marker respectively.GZHZⅥ-7 strain with high activity of fibrinolytic enzyme was identified as Bacillus subtilis.The fibrinolytic enzyme activity of GZHZⅥ-7 strain was up to 1 348.96 U/mL.
