Abstract
肝纤维化是对各种慢性肝脏损伤的一种代偿性反应,是肝脏疾病发展过程中的一个阶段,轻度可以逆转。肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)是肝脏分泌细胞外基质(extra cellular matrixc,ECM)的主要细胞,在肝纤维化的发展机制中占有重要的地位。肝纤维化形成的过程中,肝星状细胞的激活和增殖是发生的中心环节,如何控制HSC的激活并逆转肝纤维化的进程是抗肝纤维化研究的热点之一。
