核黄素结合紫外线照射病原体灭活实验条件的建立

Abstract
目的设计核黄素(维生素B2)结合紫外线照射灭活病原体的实验条件并验证其效果。方法采用麦康凯琼脂平板涂布计数法以大肠杆菌为指示病原体,观察核黄素浓度、紫外线剂量、磷酸盐介质和pH值等多种因素对光化学灭菌的影响。结果大肠杆菌在PBS介质中,12.5μm/L核黄素和在254nm波长的3.0mJ/ml剂量紫外线辐照的下降达3.87Log数。结论PBS介质中,大肠杆菌对低浓度的核黄素和低剂量紫外线辐照剂量具有敏感性。
