AFP、CEA、CA19-9联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的应用价值

Abstract
目的 探讨肿瘤标志物AFP、CEA、CA19-9联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的应用价值.方法 采用化学发光分析法对74例消化道良性疾病患者与112例消化道恶性肿瘤患者,进行了AFP、CEA、CA19-9等三项肿瘤标志物的检测,并将各单项检测与联合检测的检出率进行了比较.结果 联合检测三项肿瘤标志物在消化道恶性肿瘤组中,与消化道良性疾病组比较有明显的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 联合检测三项肿瘤标志物对消化道恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及预防漏诊具有实用价值.
