Based on the modern urban traffic control requirements,as well as the needs for the scientific and technical personnel to do research for the traffic signal control platform of simulation and demonstration,a traffic control signal simulation demonstration control machine was designed and implemented.Its structure and functions were elaborated.Furthermore,the various components of the principle and software processes were analyzed.
